Are all fleet vehicles insurance-approved?
Yes. All replacement vehicles supplied through GSB Insurance Car Hire are arranged in line with insurance-approved accident hire processes.
How long can I keep the replacement vehicle?
You may use the replacement vehicle for the entire repair period. If your vehicle is declared a total loss, the hire may continue until your insurance claim is settled, subject to insurer terms.
Can I request a specific vehicle type?
You can request a specific category based on what you normally drive. Our team will do their best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
